Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara e Negrara.
The grapes are obtained from vineyards located on the Moreniche hills surrounding the south-east of Garda Lake, these soils are very clayey and they are characterized by a dry and ventilated weather, which gives the wine spicy and fresh aromas.
We use a alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature (22°), with manual maceration of the grape skins.
The aging of the wine begins in small steel tanks for almost six months, after that it continues in bottle, in complete darkness, for other two months at a controlled temperature (18°).
The excellent sapidity of the blend Corvina and the elegance of the other blends make Bardolino suitable for every occasion.
This wine should be combined with first dishes with meat sauces, baked pastas and red meat. It should be even tasted with fresh chees or slightly matured cheese.
This wine is excellent at 16°-18° C.
