The grapes of Corvina are completely obtained from the vineyards located on the Moreniche hills on the south of the Garda Lake, these soils are very clayey and they are characterized by a dry and ventilated weather, which gives the wine spicy and fresh aromas.
We use the alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 22°C, and manual maceration of the grape skins.
The aging of the wine is done for six months in small steel tanks, after that it continues in bottle for almost other two months at the controlled temperature of 18° , in complete darkness.
The excellent sapidity of the blend Corvina and the elegance of the other blends make this wine suitable for every occasion.
This wine should be combined with first dishes with meat sauces, baked pastas and red meat. It should be even tasted with fresh chees or slightly matured cheese.
This wine is excellent at 16°-18° C.
